Another no knead bread success

I have had this book, Kneadlessly Simple for over a year and I finally decided to actually USE it. I tried a cinnamon bread recipe today. The kids love the Pepperidge Farm cinnamon bread for breakfast but I am trying my best to make as much from scratch as possible so when I saw the cinnamon raisin bread recipe, I knew I had to try it. Now, we don't like raisins here. I cannot stand them. I have never liked them. I have given them to the kids but they don't really care for them either! If this bread tastes as good as it smells, goodbye Pepperidge Farm!!!
